BellaSugar Best of 2010: Your Favorite Beauty Retailer Dec 3, 2010 4:10 PM We feel a magnetic pull toward any beauty store, and something tells us we're not alone. There's something simply fun about trying a lipstick, sampling a perfume, or going all-out with a makeover. This year, we want to know which beauty retailer you like most. (As much as we love department stores and drugstores, we're focusing just on the boutiques that are blissfully beauty-obsessed.)
